thirty-five years of professional work, Ron has produced and
conducted quality training and development programs for such
clients as EDS, American Airlines, Volkswagen of America, Sprint,
Southwestern Bell, and Cingular Wireless. He specializes in sales
and management training, and is a recognized expert in gender issues
and the prevailing gender gap in the U.S. workplace. Ron is also
the author of the popular selling book, Secrets From Inside
The Clubhouse: What Men REALLY Think About Women. Check

served as Sr. Vice President for a leading telecommunications
company based in Texas. His work has taken him throughout the
United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, and across
the pond to England, Germany, France, Italy, and Switzerland.
Ron has a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S. in Counseling and
Human Development. He is also a adjunct college professor
teaching courses in Educational Psychology,
Human Development, and Personal & Social Adjustment. Ron is a noted training & development
specialist and catalyst for maximizing human capital. He is also a member
of the ACA (American Counseling Assoc.) and the ASTD (American Society of
